Zoom Online Class Guidelines (Zoom 화상 수업 가이드라인) 1. Online class etiquette 온라인 수업 에티켓 (1) Find a quiet place, free from distraction such as music in a cafeteria, pets, televisions, restroom, etc. 조용한 장소에서 수업 참가하세요. (2) Maintain respect in speaking, writing, and appearance. 말이나 글, 화면에서 보이는 모습 등에서 서로를 존중하는 태도를 지킵시다. (3) Keep the video on and maintain eye contact to promote focus. 집중도를 높이기 위해 (교수의 다른 지시가 없으면) 비디오를 켜두고 시선 맞추기를 합니다. => You are expected to be turning on your video, without notified otherwise. (4) Stay on mute. Only unmute if you have a question or something relevant to contribute, e.g. when you want to answer to the question that your professor ask. 음소거를 해 두고, 질문이 있거나 토론에 참여하는 등의 경우에만 음소거를 해제하였다가 발언이 끝나면 다시 음소거 상태로 돌아갑니다. (5) The privacy and confidentiality of all participants as well as the copyright of any material and source used in this class is important. Taking photos, screenshots and/or video is legally prohibited during the online class, as is posting any portions of the class to social media. 모든 참가자들의 사적인 영역, 개인정보뿐만 아니라 수업에 사용되는 자료의 지적소유권의 중요성을 인식합니다. 온라인 수업 중 학생이 사진, 캡처, 동영상 녹화 등을 하는 것은 법적으로 금지되어 있습니다. 또한 수업의 어떤 부분이라도 SNS, 이메일 등을 통해 유포하는 것 또한 민사,형사상의 책임 및 처벌을 받을 수 있습니다. 2. Both video camera and microphone are necessary. 비디오 카메라와 마이크 모두 필요할 수 있습니다. - Test your video camera and audio with Zoom before joining the meeting to ensure that the camera and audio are working correctly. 온라인 수업에 참여하기 전에 비디오 카메라와 오디오를 점검하여, 수업 참여에 문제가 없도록 준비합니다. 3. Enter my Zoom class about 5-10 minutes before the class begins. 수업 시작 5-10분 전에 Zoom 수업에 입장하세요. 4. When you join the Zoom class, you will find that all students are automatically muted. Please do not unmute yourself before I ask you to do so. 입장 시, 모든 학생들은 자동으로 음소거 되어 있습니다. 지시가 있을 때까지 음소거 상태를 유지하세요. 5. Attendance Check - If I call your name, please unmute yourself and answer and then mute it again. 출석 점검 시 학생의 이름을 부르면, 해당 학생은 음소거를 해제하고 대답을 한 후 다시 음소거를 합니다. (스페이스바를 누른 상태로 있는 동안은 음소거 해제를 할 수 있습니다.) 6. Zoom class recording - All zoom class meetings in this course can be recorded.
